The TacMach range brings together precision-engineered components manufactured from advanced layered composites and high-performance plastics. Designed to replace traditional metal alloys where possible, these parts deliver outstanding benefits—from weight reduction and structural strength to electrical and thermal insulation, as well as self-lubricating performance for moving elements.
Precision Composite & Plastic Processing
Using state-of-the-art CNC machining, we produce components from a wide variety of materials in both sheet and round formats. This allows us to deliver fully finished, assembly-ready parts built to your exact specifications, with consistently tight tolerances across every dimension.
Our deep material expertise means we don’t just manufacture—we advise. We work closely with you to select the most suitable, high-performance solution for your application. Product Capabilities
FDA Plastic Parts
Custom or sample components manufactured from materials such as PE, POM, PTFE, and PEEK. Available in blue, white, or natural finishes, all FDA-certified and detectable for food-safe applications.
Blade Holder Bars
Precision-machined insulating bars and angles, with milling capabilities starting from as fine as 0.2 mm.
Gears, Slides & Bushings
Components produced with self-lubricating materials, designed to enhance motion efficiency while reducing wear and operational noise.

High-precision blades for pneumatic and vacuum systems, manufactured from composite materials and finished to exacting standards.
High-Performance Plastic Parts
